MISSION
The Therapy Network University (TTNU) will cultivate and advance learning, and will promote creation and dissemination of knowledge, by offering the best possible education to all its employees.
TTNU will create an intellectual environment that inspires and challenges our employees so they can extend the scope of their profession and benefit our communities.
For its core activities of education, teaching, and research, TTNU draws its inspiration from clinical and academic curiosity, and from the demands placed upon TTN by society.
TTNU is dedicated to the advancement of education of post-graduate physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and allied healthcare professionals to become advanced clinicians, educators, and researchers, who can discover and apply new knowledge about physical therapy and relating physical therapy theory to practice.
TTNU promotes high quality, ethical, effective, and cost-efficient practices, and stimulates awareness and understanding of the needs of diverse populations.
By balancing the 3 pillars of evidence informed practice (Patient Values, Clinical Expertise, Relevant Research), TTNU provides innovative education to assure currency with the changing environments in health care.
TTNU stimulates research to further the art and science of physical therapy, to influence current and emerging health care practices and policies, and to advance the physical therapy profession. It fosters leadership qualities for physical therapy practice, education, and research in all TTN’s employees.
PURPOSE
TTNU’s purpose is to inspire TTN’s staff to become leaders in their field through our commitment to education, by staying on top of advancements within our field, to deliver quality health care while integrating our unique services into our communities, in order to better serve our patients.
GUIDING PRINCIPLES
At TTNU, we address the individual strengths of each employee. Our program and courses are delivered using a combination of individual tutoring, classroom instruction, hands-on lab activities, computer e-learning modules, and having access to a library containing books, video files, audio files and articles, among others.
At TTNU, we empower employees to become experts in their field.

GOALS
The goals of TTNU are:

- To provide guidance and assisting the TTNU students to develop an advanced career path and specialization.
